On Jan. 29th, Kindred Futures hosted the Beltline Commercial Affordability Consortium Roundtable, a collaborative initiative led by Atlanta Beltline, Inc., in partnership with Kindred Futures and Urban Land Institute Atlanta. Together, we’re working to define and advance a shared framework for commercial affordability that supports inclusive economic growth across the Beltline and beyond.
