Kimberle Collins is a dynamic, results-centered leader with over 20 years of experience driving impactful operations, programs, and project initiatives across the education and client services sectors. Known for her strategic “big picture” perspective, Kimberle excels at navigating complex challenges, optimizing processes, and consistently delivering exceptional service in fast-paced, evolving environments.

Kimberle’s deep expertise lies in operational management, compliance, and strategic execution. She recently served as Operations Director for HTI Catalysts, where she strategically steered the effective operations of the Catalysts network and client services. Her responsibilities included strategic planning and execution, budgeting and financial forecasting, and managing the organization’s portfolio and projects through the completion of the project cycle. Her strong background in financial forecasting and budget management provided a solid foundation for supporting the organization’s financial health.

Prior to HTI Catalysts, Kimberle had an extensive 16-year career at ChildCare Education Institute (CCEI), ultimately serving as Director of Operations. She was the trusted “go-to” leader for the Company Operations Team (COT), overseeing critical accreditation approval through the Distance Education Accreditation Commission (DEAC), International Accreditors for Continuing Education and Training (IACET), state licensing agencies, and securing training approvals in 49 U.S. states. 

Committed to building productive alliances with teams and senior leadership, Kimberle holds both a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Management and Strategy and a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Business Management from Western Governors University. Originally from Connecticut, she is a proud mom of two children and finds her passion in music, crafting and spending time with family and friends.
